PENICUIK COMMUNITY THEATRE GROUP
Penicuik Community Theatre Group
This year we are producing our community pantomime Snow white and the Ice Queen.
December the 6th 7th 8th at 7.30 and Sat 9th at 2.30pm. Penicuik Town Hall
This is the first pantomime for 3 years after a constant 30 year unbroken record. And despite the gap we know our audience has stayed loyal and we have already to start to sell tickets via this website and at the Best Seller
This is your opportunity to be part of this tremendous event.
What we are looking for is sponsorship from local companies to support the production and advertising costs. We are a small theatre group but with huge appeal in the community selling out all our Pantomime shows at the Town Hall. We reach between 800-
Our Main sponsor will feature, as well as the benefits for all our contributors below, will also be on the Town Hall banner, on our website ticket page and of course our A3 colour poster which is widely distributed for 6 weeks prior to the show. (from Nov 1st )
The annual cost for this is negotiable but around £800. The sponsorship can be in the form of cash or in equivilant services such as storage, materials provision, set building or contribution to staging etc. Your name will be featured on our website and on all our other productions throughout the year for the 12 months to next years Pantomime.
Basic sponsorship opportunities are available for you. Similar to the adverts run in the Town Crier and local press we are producing a production programme to sell at the pantomime and would invite you to take out an advert.
A basic advert is £40 which gives you a feature and link on our website, and advert in the programme and on the photo-
Our middle range sponsorship includes 4 tickets for the show a single page advert and feature on our sponsorship page and costs £100. The value of the tickets is £30. You can use these yourself or give them to someone who you would like to see the show or donate them back to us to give to a family in the community who may not be able to afford it themselves. We will be arranging this on our website as we do get requests from local charities on occasion.
